Who We Are

Theresa’s impressive career as a Realtor spans over two decades, specializing in home sales and New Construction. She is licensed in Florida and New Jersey. Theresa has a strong track record of successful transactions, satisfied clients and a reputation for professionalism and integrity.

Michael’s extensive career in the IT industry, particularly as the program manager at Pfizer and Merck Pharmaceuticals nationwide for over 25 years, highlights his significant expertise and leadership in management.

Why We Decided To Become Home Watchers

When our Riverland home was being built, we flew back and forth from New Jersey to check its progress. To have had someone we trusted to send us pictures or videos of our dream home coming to life would have been a Godsend. But ok…we dealt with it. It got to be pretty expensive with airfare, car rental and hotel but what choice did we have?

After closing, we were Snowbirds. Leaving our home unattended was distressful. Home Watching wasn’t something we were aware of until a neighbor advertised that she watched Snowbirds’ houses. She visited our home twice a month and made sure everything was as it should be. It was well worth the money for the priceless peace of mind it provided us.
As full time residents in Riverland we saw there was a need for competent, trustworthy and experienced Home Watchers. Many residents are Snowbirds, there are new phases of construction starting and we felt we had the time and skills necessary to do the job.

We incorporated New Construction Home Watch for Our Future Residents! For out-of-state/remote buyers unable to visit frequently, we provide detailed photo and video documentation from slab pouring to construction completion. Visual updates are sent via email to keep clients informed of their home’s progress.

To further advance our dedication to Home Watching we joined the National Home Watchers Association. We completed comprehensive training and are now certified and accredited.
